Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned in its original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes items that have been used, tested, opened, or show signs of wear, especially kitchen appliances, mobile essentials, electronic devices, and accessories.
Non-returnable items include:

Any kitchen appliance that has been used or tested

Electronic devices or mobile accessories that have been opened or activated

Products returned without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
To complete your return, proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@s1h.store.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
For high-value kitchen appliances or electronic devices, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
