At S1H, we are committed to delivering your kitchen appliances safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are handled
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States, including New York City.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated shipping date.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

Delivery times are estimated and start from the date your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions,
delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping starts at $5.99.
Free shipping is available on orders over $49 within the United States.
Expedited and overnight shipping rates are shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
A confirmation email
A tracking number to monitor your shipment online
You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes for large or heavy kitchen appliances.
Certain products may have state-specific restrictions. You will be notified if your order cannot be shipped.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 72 hours
of delivery with photos of the damage.
